Hello! We have a 4 ½ to rent on the second floor of our duplex. Available July 1st! Owners living on the first floor. We are a calm family with a toddler and a dog so there’s still a little bit of noise going on! We are looking for calm tenants (no excessive noise but we understand the noise of a family for sure!). The neighbourhood is calm and tranquil.
Located a15 minute walk from Assomption and Cadillac stations (green line). Buses 22, 32 and 85 pass less than 5 minutes from the apartment. Next to the Monsabré community garden. 5 minute walk from a boxing club, climbing center, indoor go-kart track, indoor paintball and the Avant-Garde restaurant!
2 closed bedrooms plus a double living room. Dishwasher entrance. Washer and dryer entrance. Wall-mounted air conditioning (heat pump, also used for heating, consumes less electricity). 2 balconies (one front and one rear). Non-smoking apartment. Easy street parking. No sticker required. The neighborhood is quiet.
