Verified label
Look for the VERIFIED symbol at the top right of the listing, where you can find the contact information for the landlord. This label means that the identity of the landlord or manager has been verified by ProprioEnquête's specialized team. This identification protects landlords and tenants from the risk of fraud.

Are you interested in an apartment? Contact the landlord directly on Kangalou. The landlord will receive an email alert. He will be able to answer the message via the "Management" section in order to set up an appointment to visit the apartment and answer all your questions.
How does it work?

The tenant and the landlord create their account
The profile allows you to describe yourself and to be noticed. This way, the tenant can introduce himself once and share his description throughout his search! The tenant can also save his favorite accommodations and transfer them by email or via social networks.

The landlord lists his unit
It's time to fill in the information about the building and then create the listing for the rental dwelling. The landlord adds a descriptive text, the best photos of the property and that's it!

The tenant searches for an apartment
The tenant uses the Kangalou search tool and enters all the criteria that are essential to find the ideal apartment. They can view the search results in the list or via the interactive map.

The tenant contacts the landlord
The tenant contacts the landlord by phone or by using Kangalou's integrated messaging system. The landlord will receive an email indicating that he or she has received a new message.
