Situé au 8230 rue Sherbrooke Est à Montréal, dans l'arrondissement Mercier, à 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro Honoré-Beaugrand. Plusieurs autobus à proximité.
Sont inclus : eau chaude, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, internet.

Nous effectuons une vérification de vos antécédents (à vos frais et sera déduit de votre 1er mois de loyer).
