Le Plateau (cafés, friperies, bars) : accessible en 15/20min avec la ligne de bus 11 qui traverse le Mont Royal et qui part devant la porte de l’immeuble. Amène direct à la station de métro Mont-Royal (ligne orange ????).
Le Centre-Ville (Sainte-Catherine, Atwater, Concordia) : accessible en 10/15min avec le bus avec le 165 (à 5min à pied), qui amène directement à la station Guy-Concordia (ligne verte ????).
Cote-Des-Neiges (quartier vivant - cafés, boulangeries, supermarchés, restos, bibliothèque) : accessible à pied ou en bus en 5/10min qui amène direct à la station de métro (ligne bleue ????).
Bonus :
10min du parc Mont-Royal (luge, patins, ski de fond l’hiver et SOLEIL ☀️l’été)

Petit cadeau en plus, je peux laisser un tapis, un miroir et un portant.
Elle est éclairée par une fenêtre et se trouve plutôt isolée après le salon, donc tu es tranquille.
????️ L’appartement
Bien équipé :
La cuisine ???????? a un frigo, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et la salle de bain ???? est partagée à 2 (il y a 2 lavabos), douche fermée, laveuse et sécheuse.
Les colocs sont top :
Matthieu (20 ans), étudiant à l’UQAM, amical, joueur de hockey ????, il sait bien où sortir à Montréal ????
Manon (23 ans), en fin de master à HEC, elle est plutôt discrète, très gentille et connaît bien la ville (elle est ici depuis un bout).

Calme, résidentiel et bien entretenu par un concierge actif, il y a une petite salle de sport sympa qui dépanne ????️♀️ et un jardin ???? à l’arrière de l’immeuble (plutôt grand pour Montréal)
