Room of 15×15 (225 square feet) with a veranda and located in a large and luxurious condo of 3200 feet with 7 rooms available all equipped and of variable size.
Maximum 1 person per room.
This room has a Queen size bed as well as a sofa bed, a television and a work desk.
Furnished and all included: bedding, dishes, heated-lighted.
Flat screen HD TV with 150 channels and unlimited high-speed internet – 400/50 Mbit/s hybrid fiber internet.
Washer/dryer available free of charge in the condo for residents.
All basic hygiene products are provided: toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap and household cleaning products.
Your room is private and there is one electronic lock per room.
You have access to all common areas which are cleaned by our team regularly:
1 living room with a decorative fireplace, 1 reading corner, 2 bathrooms, 1 large dining room and a terrace at the back.
Parking available (+75 $/monthly).
Located close to services and public transport.
2 minutes from the Enfant-Jésus Hospital.
Near the Domaine des Maizerets, one of the most beautiful parks and trails in Quebec.
No smoking, no pets.
