We're very quiet people, my father is 85 and myself I'm 56. Therefore, we're looking for same type of characteristics in our futur tenants to make sure that we're both enjoying the surrounding without disturbing each other. Please note that a credit verification will also be performed and that we're requiring a security deposit and tenant own insurance certificate naming the landlord in case of damages. Please note that the road going to the house is made of soil and gravels and there is a slope which could be difficult without having a four wheel drive car.
