Our house has been renovated around our 3-kid family. The master bedroom + one other bedroom are downstairs, which is very convenient for families and keeps nights cool even in the peak of summer. Two other bedrooms are found on the main floor.
We have two wall-mounted heat pumps which allow for air conditioning in the summer.
Fully furnished house. You won't need to bring much, and certainly no toys for your kids if they are between 6 and 13 years old!

In summer, we like to eat BBQ outside on the large and shady outside patio or enjoy AC when it's too hot, while in winter, we prefer cocooning by the fireplace.
We love our very convenient location, close to major highways and bus routes, in a quiet U-shape street. We're less than 4 Kms from Laval University. Multiple bus lines nearby going to the University and it's easily bikable (about 15 min) or walkable (about 45 min).
