In the event that the LESSEE violates any of these rules, the LESSEE shall be fully responsible for any resulting fees, fines, or similar penalties. - The LESSEE shall return the PREMISES and/or the appliances and/or the furniture, if applicable, to the LESSOR to the same state as at the commencement of the lease, excluding normal wear and tear. - The LESSEE is responsible for properly maintaining and safeguarding all accessories provided by the LESSOR--such as keys and garage openers--throughout the lease.
