The house is located in a vibrant neighbourhood, near the Wellington street where you'll find everything and the St-Lawrence River for your sports. You only need a car for weekend outings. Furnished with a mix of antiques and modern furniture. decorated from all my travels around the world. It's an old house, there are still renovations to be done.
The house has 2 floors, no basement, large green courtyard with patio, two exterior parking spots by the house.
The first floor includes 2 living rooms, one dining room and a large kitchen, all in an open space. There's also a laundry room and toilet. In the kitchen, there's a small desk to work with view on the courtyard during cold days.
The second floor is accessible by an indoor stairway, and includes 3 rooms: 1 master bedroom on the courtyard side with a private balcony and 2 other smaller rooms on the street side with another balcony (only one room can access via a door). A full bathroom and an office in the area between rooms.
