Description of the house for rent
We will be living in Italy from the end of August 2026 until the summer of 2027. During this time, we would like to rent our house to tenants who will take good care of it.
We love our house, which has been our family home for over 10 years. With its garden and three floors, it sometimes reminds us of an urban chalet. It has two bedrooms, each with a closet (one queen bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in a loft in the children's room), a closed office with a sofa bed, a mezzanine office, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a large walk-in shower with a toilet and laundry facilities, a kitchen with a pantry, a dining room, and a living room that serves as an entrance.
It is located in the St. Henri neighborhood of the Southwest borough. This neighborhood is known for its friendly, residential atmosphere and has many shops, including the Atwater Market, and restaurants nearby. The house is conveniently located near a public park with an outdoor pool, three children's parks, a recreation center, and a sports center. It also boasts excellent public transportation connections, with the Place St. Henri metro station a 5-minute walk away and the Lachine Canal bike path at the end of the street; both provide access to downtown in 10-15 minutes.
