Private and nicely furnished, this seasonal rental is only steps away from the P'tit Train du Nord multifonctional trail for cross-country skiing, which brings you to Lac Mercier and Tremblant's Old Village. Available as of now for the 2025-2026 winter period. See addendum for more information.- No smoking.- Small animals permited at the lessor's discretion.- A security deposit of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.- The lessor will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned prior to possession by the lessee.- The lessee will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned at the end of the lease.- Winter seasonal lease will be prioritised from October 1st 2025 to April 30th 2026.
