Private and nicely furnished, this summer rental is only steps away from the Ptit Train du Nord bike path. BBQ, high-speed unlimited internet, basic cable lawn mowing and Hydro included. Hot tub excluded. Available from July 5th 2024 until October 20th 2024. See addendum for winter rental information.- No smoking.- Small animals permited at the lessor's discretion.- A security deposit of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.- The lessor will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned prior to possession by the lessee.- The lessee will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned at the end of the lease.- Summer seasonal lease will be proritised from July 5th 2024 to October 20th 2024. Any modification ofthese dates would be subject to discussion with the lessor.Winter 2024-2025 seasonal lease:- The asking rent is $3000/month.- Inclusions: Telephone (except long distance), basic cable, unlimited internet, snow removal (driveway).- Exclusions: Hydro (electricity and heat), hot tub.- Winter seasonal lease will be prioritised from December 1st 2024 to April 30th 2025.
