NB:
-No smoking of any kind inside of dwelling;
-No AIRBNB or short term rentals.
-Tenant liability insurance of 2 million must be provided prior to the hand over of the keys and
valid throughout the entire period of the lease;
-Proof of employment is required.
-A credit score in good standing must accompany all offers to lease. The acceptance of a promise
to lease is conditional on the landlords approval of the applicants credit report.
-No pets.
-The lessee must make sure at their departure to leave the dwelling clean and free of waste or
personal effects.
-A walk-through will be done at the commencement and at the end of the lease. Any damage above
normal wear and tear shall be covered by the lessee(s).
-Lessee must pay a $1000.00 uninsurable security deposit to the condo association and reimbursed
at the end of the lease minus any damages caused to the building by the Lessee.
-Lessee is subject to board approval.
-Lease is subject to rules and regulations of the building and by-laws.
