Situé au dernier étage d’une résidence de condo dans un quartier très calme avec des parcs aux alentours ainsi qu’une école et des épiceries.
Très lumineux (2 puits de lumière).
Plancher de bois franc
A 6 min à pied du métro Cadillac sur la ligne verte.
A 2 min de différents arrêts de bus.
2 chambres dont une avec un lit, l’autre avec un bureau/chaise de bureau. 1 garde robe dans chacune des chambres. 1 commode.
1 garde robe dans l’entrée.
1 salle de bain avec bain et douche.
1 cuisine (vaisselle, micro-onde, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, poêle, frigo)
1 salle de lavage avec laveuse/sécheuse.
