Our apartment will available in July 1st.
The apartment includes washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwaves, hoven), with two closed bedrooms.
The apartment is very bright (in angle), and very well insulated thermally and phonically. The building is secured, well-maintained and has a lift. You will have also a storage in the garage.
You have access to the large roof terrace (view of fireworks Loto-Quebec). It is very easy to park on rue Papineau or rue Champlain, there are two bus stops at the bottom of the residence and the Papineau metro station is 5 minutes walk away.
Electricity and Internet are not included in the rental price (for information, we have bills of about $ 60 / month of electricity).
