-Non-smoking (cigarettes/cannabis), non-vaping, consumption or production of cannabis is forbidden.
-No pets;
-The tenant shall not rent the condo on Airbnb or any other sub-lease;
-The tenant will provide to the landlord with a proof of a 2 M civil insurance liability prior to the occupancy
and for the duration of the lease;
-Security deposit of one (1) month for appliances and furniture as well as to cover any damage during lease
other than wear and tear. This will be delivered at the end of the lease (when the landlord gets the keys).
-At the end of the lease the condo shall be returned in the same clean condition as it was delivered.
-The Lessee shall respect all condo and building rules and regulations and sign proof of acknowledgement.
- The lessee shall transfer the hydro account to their name prior to occupancy.
- Replacement of keys, garage door opener and key fob at the tenant's expense, if required.
- Inventory list of furniture and items will be provided for proof of acknowledgement
-Any penalty from Condo Association resulting from the tenant's or tenant's guest's behavior is at the cost of the tenant.
