Mandatory credit check of all prospective tenants (Equifax), to landlord's satisfaction.Any damage caused by the tenant to the leased property, including movable and immovable property, will be at the tenant's expense. Photographs will be taken before and after the rental, and the lessor will carry out a full inspection of the premises with his broker at the end of the rental to identify any damage caused by the lessee that is not the result of normal wear and tear.This rental prohibits: pets, smoking tobacco or any other product (vaporizer, cannabis, cigars, etc.) inside and on the terrace of the apartment, growing or consuming cannabis products and any illegal substance, no short-term rentals (AirB&B or similar services), no planting inside (planting accepted on balconies only), modification of the rented premises including inclusions.The tenant must maintain insurance in force for the entire term of the lease with a minimum of $2,000,000 civil liability.
