Any fines resulting from a violation of the condominium rules by the tenant shall be at the tenant's expense.9) The tenant shall be responsible for any fees related to the loss of keys, access fobs, and garage remote controls.10) At the end of the lease term, the unit must be returned in the same condition as at the beginning of the lease, including all inclusions and the condition report.11) If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the tenant must accommodate all requests for showings for prospective tenants, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
