Any major damage will be fixed at the expense of the RENTER before leaving the premises.-The TENANT is responsible for any damage caused to the Premises. The TENANT will be required to immediately remedy such damage in a professional and professional manner.-If, at the end of the term, the lease is not renewed, the TENANT MUST honor ALL visitation requests for any potential new TENANT, for which 48 hours notice will be given.
