Hello ! Je m'appelle Jeanne, je suis étudiante française à Montréal et je recherche une sous locataire pour occuper ma chambre cet été !
L'appartement est meublé, il est situé en plein centre ville de Montréal, il est calme et est situé à côté des stations Georges Vanier (ligne orange) et Guy Concordia (ligne verte).
Ma chambre est la B sur le plan, elle est assez grande et possède un lit 2 places, un bureau, un miroir, un dressing ainsi qu'un balcon avec vue. Il y a également 2 autres chambres mais je ne sais pas encore si elles seront occupées ou non cet été donc tu auras sois des colocataires très sympa sois l'appartement pour toi toute seule !
Durée du bail : 1er juin 2026 au 15 août 2026
Prix du loyer par mois par chambre : 790 $ (prix négociable pour août bien sûr!) (tout est inclus : eau, électricité, chauffage, WiFi)
