Just a 4-minute walk away, you'll be on beautiful St. Paul Street with its restaurants, galleries, boutiques and grocery stores.If the lease is not renewed, the tenant must honor all requests for visits, with 24 hours' notice.Tenants must be approved by the landlord. The broker will be responsible for verifying the tenant's payment habits (by cheque, Interac or bank-to-bank transfer). The landlord will have the apartment cleaned prior to occupancy. The tenant must pay $400 (furnished 2-bedroom unit) for exit cleaning by a cleaning company. The amount will be deducted from the security deposit. Tenants are free to hire their own cleaning lady. Smoking is not permitted in the unit.Pets are not allowed. Subletting is forbidden (under penalty of fine by the syndicate).It is forbidden to make any alterations to the unit, under penalty of having to reimburse theowner to restore the unit to its original condition.
