-Vaping, consuming, or cultivating marijuana or any other drugs is prohibited on the property and in common areas.
-Renting the property on Airbnb or for short-term stays is prohibited.
-Proof of tenant liability insurance with coverage of $2 million must be provided before the keys are handed over and must remain valid for the entire duration of the lease.
-Proof of employment is required.
-All rental offers must be accompanied by a valid credit report. Acceptance of a promise to lease is conditional upon the landlord's approval of the applicant's credit report.
-A fee of $20 per credit application must be paid by electronic transfer to baudinet@royallepage.ca.
-Pets are strictly prohibited.
-Upon vacating the premises, the tenant must ensure that the dwelling is left clean and free of garbage or personal belongings.
