Lovely, bright appartment on the 3rd floor of a triplex. 2-3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, office, kitchen, bathroom, and a large walk-in closet/storeroom.

The appartment is furnished and has full kitchen appliances as well as a washer, but no dryer and no dishwasher. There's facilities to hang laundry inside.
The unit is in a beautiful neighbourhood, 5 min by foot to grocer, pharmacy and eateries on Avenue Laurier, as well as the super-popular Parc Laurier with its public pool. We're about 10-15 min on foot from Metro Station Laurier, and there's multiple bus stops and bixi stands within 5 min walk.
We are pretty flexible to configure the furnishings according to your needs, including moving furniture around and adding/removing a piece here and there. We are also open to renting rooms individually to a group of students. Just contact us to discuss details.
There's shared, wifi-accessible 500 mB/s fibre internet in the building. The unit comes with two mobile aircon units at the tenants' disposal. Heating is electric, and electricity is not included. You should expect between $80 and $100 / month for normal usage.
Note that this is a typical early 20th century building, made mostly of wood, where sound travels easily. This unit is therefore not really suitable for people who are planning on hosting lots of parties and listening to loud music. We are aware this sounds a bit restrictive, but it would just be unpleasant for everyone, so we are upfront about it. If you're new to Montréal and want to live the wild life, please take our word for it and look for a loft unit made of concrete ;)
