You’ll easily be able to enjoy the charms of the Plateau Mont-Royal such as the atmosphere of Mont-Royal and Saint-Laurent streets, the restaurants of Duluth and Prince Arthur streets, the shops of Mont-Royal avenue, the nearby Mont-Royal park and the Quartier des Spectacles.
All the commodities are within a five minute walk (groceries, elementary school, shops, restaurants, parks, cafes, etc.). Sherbrooke subway station is as well within a five minute walk. UQAM and McGill universities are at a walkable distance.
