in any area of the property.
- The Lessee does not have the right to keep animals, No Pets.
- There shall be no subleasing, no assignment of the lease and no short term leasing (such as
Airbnb) whatsoever, unless agreed by the lessor in writing.
- The lessee shall sign all lease addendum's, lease schedules, By-Laws, etc. The lesee will
respect all building rules.
- The lessee shall be responsible for the payment (of all the moving (in/out) fees to the building
management, if applicable.
- At the end of his lease, the Lessee shall return the premises in the same condition as when it
was given, minus regular wear and tear. A thorough professional cleaning shall be done by the
lessee before his departure.
- The lessee is responsible for any damage to the premises caused by him throughout the term of
his lease and will have to be fixed and/or paid by him prior to his departure.
