The current rent is $2,277 and will increase to $2,323 in July. The apartment is heated and fully furnished.
We are transferring the lease starting in June or July and are flexible with move-in dates if needed. The building is very quiet and extremely well located, especially for students!
I will cover the lease transfer fees and may also pay part of the first month’s rent if needed (to be discussed).
