Entouré de deux épiceries, d'une pharmacie et proche de la promenade Fleury. Au milieu de quatre écoles secondaires et de plusieurs commerces.
C'est un quartier très calme entouré d'arbres.
Possibilité de vendre/laisser certains électroménagers.
L'appartement est disponible dès le 1er aout mais je suis aussi flexible sur la date donc avant et après au besoin.
