Excellent location : quiet residential spot on the commercial street Wellington, in front of a huge park along the St-Laurence river, close to three metro stations including "Verdun", Eglise et Jolicoeur. On the third floor. Easy parking on the streets. Landry room on the first floor of the building. NO PETS. NON SMOKING.
