L’appartement est spacieux, moderne et ultra convivial, parfait pour un couple ou deux colocs qui veulent être bien installés dans un coin tranquille mais proche de tout.
Le logement se compose de deux chambres avec de belles penderies, d’une salle de bain, d’une cuisine ouverte sur un grand salon et de deux balcons partagés qui apportent une belle lumière naturelle tout au long de la journée. Il est situé au 3ème étage d’un immeuble neuf, construit en 2023.
L’appartement est semi-meublé, tu as juste à poser tes valises, tu y trouveras : Une cuisinière (5 plaques + four), un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, un divan (le gris sur les photos) + meuble télé, 2 lits + 2 matelas, 2 tables de chevet
Le loyer est de 1 975 $ par mois, sans les charges. Le bail court jusqu’au 30 juin 2026, avec possibilité de renouveler par la suite.
L’emplacement est très chouette ! :
- L’appartement est à 7 min à pied du métro Pie-IX et 600 m du Jardin botanique.
- Il y a un dépanneur et Tim Hortons juste en face.
- Une station BIXI à moins de 2 min à pied
- Côté épicerie, il y a un Super C, un Métro et un Dollorama à 15 min à pied, un Maxi à 18 min à pied ou moins de 10 minutes en bus.
C’est un lieu de vie vraiment agréable, lumineux et bien pensé, où on se sent rapidement chez soi.
