Nice apartment in quiet neighborhood. Two bedrooms, nice living room. Kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Hard wood floors in living room and bedrooms. Included are: fridge, stove, washer & dryer and wall mounted air conditioner,(the maintenance and repairs of all the inclusions are at the tenant's cost).- Non smoking apartment, no cigarettes, no e-cigarettes, no cannabis, no vaping, no drugs.- no pets. - Tenant must take a $2M tenant insurance policy prior to occupation and give a copy to the landlord. Insurance must be in place throughout the duration of the lease. - The tenant will sign a consent form allowing the landlord or his representative to conduct a credit check with Enquête Excellence and the results must be at the entire satisfaction of the Landlord.- Tenant must provide proof of employment and proof of income.- References from present and previous landlord is required and tenant authorizes landlord or representative to contact them.- No sub-leasing, no short term lease, no Airbnb. No changing of the locks permitted without the landlord's written permission. The landlord must have a set of keys at all times in case of emergency.- no wall paper, no painting without the written permission of the landlord.- Only the amount of people listed on the lease are permitted to live in the apartment.
