Le Solano is a condo project located next to the Quai de l'horloge, urban beach and private marina. You're a 4-minute walk from Place Jacques Cartier, boutiques, restaurants, cafés, delicatessens, art galleries and museums, and a 10-minute walk from 2 metro stations. CONDITIONS:If the lease is not renewed, the tenant must honor all visitation requests, with 24 hours notice 3 month before the end of the lease.Tenants must be approved by the owner. The broker will be responsible for checking the customer's credit. The information will be sent to the owner for approval.The landlord will have the apartment cleaned before the occupancy date.The tenant will have to pay the sum of $275 for exit cleaning by a cleaning company.
