I am subletting my fully furnished, all-inclusive apartment, available from May 1st to August 1st (flexible 1 to 3 months). The apartment features three skylights, a large private rooftop terrace, and a historic fireplace (not usable by city regulations). Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are included. Private parking is available in the back alley. The apartment is charming, warm, and very well-maintained, with wonderful, quiet, and mature neighbors. It is located in a four-unit building with a beautiful stone facade and hardwood floors throughout. This apartment is ideal for two respectful and quiet tenants who would like to enjoy a fantastic summer stay in Montreal. Contact me if you have any questions or would like to schedule a visit. It's a 2-minute walk from McGill University and a 5-minute walk from Park Avenue (grocery stores, public transportation, cinemas, shops, etc.). All the festivals at Place des Arts are a 10-minute walk away.
