Any significant damage must be repaired at the TENANT's expense prior to vacating.The TENANT is responsible for any damage caused to the premises and must promptly repair such damage in a responsible and professional manner.If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the TENANT must allow all requests for visits from prospective tenants or buyers, with 48 hours' prior notice.
