-Tenant liability insurance of 2 million must be provided prior to the hand over of the keys and
valid throughout the entire period of the lease;
-Proof of employment is required.
-A credit score in good standing must accompany all offers to lease. The acceptance of a promise
to lease is conditional on the landlords approval of the applicants credit report.
-A fee of 20$ per credit application is required.
-No pets.
-The lessee must make sure at their departure to leave the dwelling clean and free of waste or
personal effects.
-A walk-through will be done at the commencement and at the end of the lease. Any damage above
normal wear and tear shall be covered by the lessee(s).
-The Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of any move-in and/or move-out fees required by
the building, including elevator reservation fees.
-Tenants may host guests on a temporary basis; however, no guest may stay in the unit for more
than two (2) consecutive weeks without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Extended stays
beyond this period will be considered a breach of the lease unless otherwise approved in writing.
