L’immeuble est récent, moderne et très calme. L’appartement est spacieux, ensoleillé, lumineux, avec grandes fenêtres et une vue exceptionnelle.
Je vis seul et je tiens à une ambiance simple, respectueuse et harmonieuse. Je suis une personne calme, sportif, qui aime lire, propre et organisée. Je cherche quelqu’un de mature, fiable, respectueux et propre, qui souhaite un endroit tranquille pour vivre, travailler ou étudier.
