In our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, you’ll enjoy two comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, a bright living room, and a private balcony. You have the option of Furnished or unfurnished.
The apartment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot water, local cable TV. A new outdoor swimming pool will open in summer 2026. We have a reception and on site maintenance person to address immediate issues.
The Town of Mount Royal offers a unique blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience. Its central location provides quick access to downtown Montréal, with excellent schools, restaurants, local shops, and parks nearby.
The building is just a 15-minute drive from Montréal International Airport and the new Mont Royal REM station is a 10-minute walk from the building.
We have several two-bedroom apartments available, so you can arrange a viewing to see the different options.
We can also provide the apartment furnished for $2,000 per month
