Beautiful apartment vintage style on the main floor. 4½, two closed bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated a few years ago. Housing on the corner, so windows on three sides. There is a small terrace at the back on the Maple Street side.
Installation for washer / dryer. Electric heating. Hardwood floors in bedrooms and living room. Ceramic floor in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a storage room in the basement.
The South-West is a developing area, near the Lachine Canal and downtown. Several bus lines nearby (57, 61, 71 & 107) and the Charlevoix metro is at a distance of 10 minutes’ walk.
- We have to rent on July 1st.
- Four appliances (stove, fridge, washer and dryer) are provided.
- You have to pay for your own electricity (heating on your meter).
- No dog. It is allowed to have one or two cats. They must be operated and short claws.
- Non-smoking inside the building.
- References requested. We are doing a full credit survey.
Visits are possible during the day and in the evening.
