Nous cédons notre bail en date du 01 décembre 2025 pour notre magnifique 4 1/2. Très bien situé près du boulevard Taschereau, vous êtes à 10 minutes du Quartier DIX30 et à 20 minutes du centre ville de Montréal.
L'appartement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée d'un triplex construit en 2021.
Une thermopompe (air climatisé) est installée dans la cuisine.
La cuisine comporte un îlot de 10 pieds idéal pour cuisiner et accueillir des invités.
La salle de bain comporte une grande douche vitrée ainsi qu'un grand bain à part.
L'une des chambres comporte un grand walk-in.
Plusieurs armoires et beaucoup de rangements sont à disposition.
Deux stationnements privés à l'arrière du triplex sont inclus dans la location.
Possibilité de vendre tous les électros. Nous avions acheté toutes la gamme Samsung à notre arrivée il y a 3 ans. Ils n'ont jamais été déménagés et en parfait état. Frigo avec eau et glacé intégré, poêle, lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse.
