Spacious 3 1/2 with a great view in lower westmount. Rent is 1435/month, heating, electricity and hydro included.
We are flexible on the transfer date (anytime in the month of July or even beginning of August ). The lease is valid until September 30. It will be renewed it for another year at the same price.
The apartment is a 5min walk to the Vendome metro. 7min walk to the bus 24. Very well connected to downtown and NDG. Right next to the MUHC and on the Maisonneuve bike lane. It is in the heart of Victoria village and very close to all kinds of cafes, restaurants and shops. It is also a 10min walk to the beautiful Westmount park and its great library.
The apartment is in the building chateau Maisonneuve (4998 Maisonneuve Ouest). There is a 24/7 concierge, a pool, lounge area and a laundry room. There is also a spacious storage room in the building and so many closets !!
Possibility to rent an underground parking space in the building for an additional fee.
We are open to selling some of our bigger furniture (the kitchen island, the garden bed, the work bench, etc.).
