J'ai dû quitter le Québec en urgence et me retrouve dans l'obligation de céder le bail de mon appartement.
Il s'agit d'un 3 et 1/2 idéalement placé à deux pas de la place d'Youville, tous les commerces, transports en communs et services divers sont à 5 minutes maximum à pied. L'appartement est pleinement équipé, comprenant sécheuse, machine à laver, four électrique, micro-ondes, frigidaire et baignoire.
Un balcon donnant sur une petite cour intérieur est présent.
En emménageant l'on m'a revendu le mobilier auquel j'ai ajouté mon propre matériel, il inclue bureau, chaises, table, lit (incluant draps et couvertures), canapé et tout le matériel de cuisine nécessaire (poêles, casseroles, couverts, etc). Le prix peut être négocié en message.
N'étant pas présent au Québec actuellement je ne suis pas en mesure de faire moi même visiter l'appartement, je suis disponible pour en discuter et arranger la visite par un tiers.
