In the event that the LESSEE violates any of these rules, the LESSEE shall be fully responsible for any resulting fees, fines, or similar penalties.- The LESSEE shall return the PREMISES and/or the appliances and/or the furniture, if applicable, to the LESSOR to the same state as at the commencement of the lease, excluding normal wear and tear.- The LESSEE shall bear all costs associated with moving in and out of the property, including but not limited to, elevator reservation fees, which shall be paid directly to the owner, syndicate, or building management, as applicable.- The LESSEE is responsible for the proper care, safekeeping, and use of all accessories provided by the LESSOR during the lease term, including but not limited to, keys and garage door openers.
