Includes unlimited high speed internet, Hydro and air conditioning, private balcony with BBQ, washer/dryer, king bed and a kitchen with everything you need. Available from April 16th 2024 to November 16th 2024. Preferred period of 3 months or more.- Non-smoking.- No pets.- A security deposit of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.- The lessor will ensure the property has been professionaly cleaned prior to possession by the lessee.- The lessee will ensure the property has been professionaly cleaned at the end of the lease.- Summer lease will be prioritised from April 16th 2024 to November 16th 2024.
