L'appartement est assez spacieux, bien éclairé, le voisinage est très tranquille, le secteur est paisible et assez proche des commodités (intermarché, banque, poste, pharmacie, ligne de bus, dépanneur, parcs). Il y a des places de stationnement égalemement devant et derrière le logement.
