## Who Is This Apartment Not For?

If you have a lot of things or like to hoard a lot of things this apartment is likely not for you... it may not be big enough.

If you always smoke indoors, this apartment is not for you.

If you're a pet owner, this apartment is likely not for you unless you can show that you're pretty responsible, can take care of your animals and not offend your neighbours.

We generally have a pet-free, smoke-free building policy for new tenants unless you have express written permission from the owner.

## A Note About Parking

There is currently no available on-site parking.

Please be aware that parking on site is technically not guaranteed to be available due to the number of tenants taking up all the frontal spots and overall space layout at this time.

There is a 48 hour parking lot right beside the building (only 30 seconds walk).

There is 24 hour free city parking nearby however (it's 3-5 min walk from the building).

So if you absolutely must have guaranteed, all the time, on-site parking you should look elsewhere.

*Note*: paid street parking passes for Lachine are available from the city
