Very nice and large 3-1/2 (1 bedroom) in a very quiet area close to all services and shops (5 minutes walk from the REM). There are only 2 buildings on this street which is a ''dead end'', so no car traffic. The accommodation has a washer and dryer hook-up and a dishwasher can be installed as well. The accommodation is very spacious with all the rooms of large dimensions. Everything runs on electricity but electricity is not included in the rent. The windows are new (changed 5 years ago) and the patio door too. Large private terrace with large trees in front with BBQ allowed on the terrace. 1 outdoor parking space is included and you have the possibility to rent a 2nd parking space if necessary. There are 2 entrances / exits, one at the front and one at the back of the accommodation / building. There is a concierge on site. A small family business are owners and managers.
