Ideally located just steps from Quartier Dix30, REM, highways 10 and 30, and 15 minutes from downtown Montreal.-The lease term for the premises could be 12 months or more.-No pets.-The TENANT must not and will not allow anyone to smoke tobacco, grass or any other substance in any interior part of the premises, common areas or the property of which they are part.-No Airbnb or a similar short-term sublet will be considered a repudiating breach of the lease.-Proof of civil liability insurance ($ 2 M) and confirmation from Hydro-Quebec before possession.-Conditional on credit report verification and consent to verify form payment habits, referrals if necessary (at RENTER's expense to owner satisfaction.-LESSEE is not allowed to sublet or transfer a lease without written permission from the owner.-LESSEE agrees to submit post-dated checks or E-transfer for the entire term.-The units must be delivered clean and ready at the time of occupancy and as such, they must be returned at the end of the lease.
