Meublés avec sept électroménagers neufs en stainless de marque GE (réfrigérateur, cuisinière avec fonction four autonettoyant, hotte de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, laveuse-sécheuse superposées). Le logement inclus un kit de vaisselle complet. Cuisine moderne avec ilot, salle de bain, salon, grande chambre avec Walkin et set de chambre complet (lit format Queen).
Tout est décoré avec goût. L'appartement est situé au Rez de Chaussée d'un Triplex, proche de tous les services (Place Joseph Renaud). L’accès aux Autoroutes 40, 25 nord, Tunnel Louis - Lafontaine et Pont de l’Autoroute 25, est à proximité.
À 5 min des galeries d'Anjou et place Versailles. A 15 min de marche à pied de la station de métro Honoré Beaugrand sur la ligne verte du métro. Desservi par plusieurs lignes de Bus (ligne 28, 85 et 141).
Nous sommes des propriétaires occupants. Nous cherchons une personne tranquille et paisible. Nous demandons des références et une enquête de crédit sera faite.
