L’appartement est situé au cœur du Plateau Mont-Royal, à quelques minutes à pied des commerces, cafés, restaurants, épiceries, parcs et transports en commun.
Le bail est en cours jusqu’au 31 mars 2026, avec possibilité de renouvellement.
La cession de bail est conditionnelle à l’approbation du propriétaire. Après la visite, si vous souhaitez poursuivre le processus, nous vous indiquerons les documents à fournir (pièce d’identité, preuve de revenus ou de solvabilité, statut d’emploi ou d’études, etc.) afin de transmettre votre dossier à l’agence de gestion.
