How do I Change my Password?
If you are connected to your Kangalou account, you can change your password from your profile.
On your account information page in the Change Password section:
- Enter your current password;
- Enter your new password and confirm it;
- Click on Change Password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot your password?''
Password Security
When you create a new password, make sure it contains at least six characters. Try using a complex combination of numbers, letters, and punctuation marks. If a message appears indicating that the password entered is not secure enough, try mixing uppercase and lowercase letters.
The password you create must be easy to remember but hard to guess.
