Located on the nicest street in the central historic Hull sector of Gatineau, a block from the Ottawa River, the Museum of History and the Alexandra Bridge pedestrian crossing into downtown Ottawa. A 5-minute car ride or a15 - 20 minute scenic walk across the pedestrian bridge into the market area of Ottawa.
Rent - $1450+/month, includes all utilities, Bell Fibe high-speed internet (wifi) and TV with streaming capability. One parking space can be made available.
Best suited to an individual or a quiet couple. Not suitable for children, adults only please. No pets permitted. Smoke-free environment, no smoking of any substance, inside or outside. Looking for a quiet, respectful person who enjoys taking good care of our apartment.
